Diligent
I have found out something that otherwise we wouldn’t have known. When you are in the process of rolling out new computers to Senior Leadership, note they all use Diligent. The Microsoft app store has a diligent app (do not download that app) it doesn’t provide full functionality. Go to the following link on the web https://go2.boardbooks.com/adea/LaunchPage.aspx this is the link that provides full functionality to the Diligent portal. Diligent Boards OneClick will open with a message for those that have multiple committees (ADEA Board of Directors, ADEA Finance Committee and the ADEAGies Foundation) the requested site name is ADEA this will be needed for the President & CEO, Chief of Staff and Chief Financial Officer. The other chiefs will be able to log in using their username and password. If they have forgotten it the username is their first name (space) last name, their password can be reset by clicking on forgot password. Only Diligent can reset it, it’s a built-in safety feature. When the time comes to rollout the computers and you don’t want to search for this buried information in your inbox, call me or drop past I have hard copies on hand. Unfortunately, neither of us can reset passwords; the end-user will either call Diligent (1-973-939-9381) or click on reset password link in the portal.
